1. Registration & Ticketing
Q. Where can I purchase tickets?
① Tickets can be purchased online or on-site.
- Online: Seoul Bar & Spirits Show Official Website, Interpark Ticket, Naver Reservation
- On-site: Tickets are available at the ticket desk located in front of Hall D at COEX.
Q. Can general visitors enter on Friday, July 24 (Business Day)?
① Business Day is primarily open to professionals working in the alcoholic beverage and F&B industries. Business credentials, such as a business card or proof of employment, may be required.
② However, general visitors holding a 3-Day Pass or an Official Invitation may also enter.
③ General admission is available during Enthusiast Days (July 25–26).
Q. Can I use my 1-Day Ticket on a different date?
① No.
② A 1-Day Ticket is valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.
Q. I purchased multiple tickets. Can my companions enter separately?
① Yes.
② Please share the Kakao registration link sent to the purchaser with each companion.
③ Once each companion completes their registration and receives their individual QR code, they may enter independently.
Q. Can I purchase tickets on-site?
① On-site ticket sales may be limited depending on availability. Advance purchase is strongly recommended.
② To ensure a safe environment, the maximum number of visitors inside the venue is limited to 5,000 at any given time.
③ Advance tickets for Saturday, July 25 have already sold out, and on-site sales may also close early. On-site tickets are expected to be available on Friday, July 24 and Sunday, July 26, subject to availability.
Q. Can tickets be refunded or transferred?
① Tickets are non-transferable.
② Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the ticketing platform's policies. Please contact the ticket provider where you purchased your ticket.
2. Admission & Visitor Information
Q. What are the opening hours?
① Exhibition hours are as follows:
- July 24 (Fri) – July 25 (Sat): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Last admission: 6:00 PM)
- July 26 (Sun): 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Last admission: 5:00 PM)
② Please complete your admission before the last entry time.
③ The Infinity Bar begins serving cocktails from 1:00 PM each day.
Q. Where do I collect my admission pass, and what type of pass will I receive?
① Advance Ticket Holders
- Registration opens at 9:30 AM
- Scan your mobile QR code at the kiosk to receive a wristband.
② Official Invitation Holders
- Registration opens at 10:00 AM
- Industry professionals (affiliation verified) will receive a Business Badge.
- General visitors will receive a wristband.
③ On-site Ticket Purchasers
- Registration opens at 10:30 AM
- After registration, you will receive a wristband.
④ On Business Day (July 24), verified professionals from the alcoholic beverage and F&B industries will receive a Business Badge instead of a wristband.
⑤ 3-Day Pass holders and general visitors will receive a wristband.
Q. Can minors enter with their parents?
① No.
② This is an alcoholic beverage exhibition. Admission is restricted to visitors aged 19 or older (born in 2007 or earlier).
③ A valid physical photo ID is required for all visitors.
Q. Can I re-enter the exhibition on the same day?
① Yes.
② Visitors wearing a valid wristband or holding a valid Business Badge may re-enter on the same day.
③ Wristbands and Business Badges are non-transferable. Lost or damaged passes may not be reissued.
Q. Can I get a replacement if I lose my wristband?
① Replacement wristbands are generally not issued if lost or damaged.
② Please keep your wristband secure throughout your visit.
Q. Can I bring suitcases or carts into the exhibition?
① For safety and visitor convenience, suitcases, rolling luggage, carts, and other large wheeled items are not permitted inside the exhibition hall.
② Please use the Cloak Room located outside the exhibition hall.
③ The Cloak Room is a paid service with limited capacity and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Special Programs
Q. How do I register for Master Classes and The Highlight sessions?
① Registration methods and schedules vary by session. Please check the official website for details.
② Even for pre-registration sessions, limited on-site admission may be available if seats become available due to no-shows.
Q. How do I use The Infinity Bar?
① The Infinity Bar is a paid program separate from the exhibition admission ticket.
② Purchase Infinity Bar vouchers online or at the Infinity Bar entrance.
③ Advance purchase: KRW 11,000 per voucher
On-site purchase: KRW 12,000 per voucher.
④ One voucher may be exchanged for one cocktail at any participating cocktail bar.
⑤ Infinity Bar vouchers do not include admission to the exhibition. A valid Seoul Bar & Spirits Show admission ticket is required.
Q. How do I use The Lounge?
① The Lounge is a paid program separate from the exhibition admission ticket.
② Purchase Lounge vouchers at the Lounge entrance.
③ The Lounge package costs KRW 55,000 and includes five KRW 11,000 vouchers and a Lounge wristband.
④ Guests may redeem vouchers for whisky tastings. The number of vouchers required varies depending on the whisky selected.
⑤ The Lounge wristband is valid only for the purchaser. The five vouchers included in the Lounge package cannot be shared with other visitors.
⑥ Lounge vouchers do not include admission to the exhibition. A valid Seoul Bar & Spirits Show admission ticket is required.
