held in Seoul Bar & Spirits Show,

is a stage where imagination

This open-format competition allows

complete freedom in base spirits

and ingredients, encouraging participants

to showcase their unique recipes

and storytelling as the core judging criteria.


A platform where tradition meets trend,

and local meets global—

we welcome passionate challengers including

professional bartenders, mixologists,

and cocktail creators from around the world.

The Round of 16 ~ Final Match

At the 2025 <Seoul Bar & Spirit Show> special stage, the final round will feature global rookie bartenders, carefully selected by the panel of judges, showcasing spectacular performances and stunning recipes.


Round of 16 : July 25(Fri)

Quarterfinals/Semifinals/Finals : July 26(Sat)

How to participate

Recipe Preparation >>


Develop a recipe for the cocktail you want to make based on what is written in the rulebook.


Prepare the name, recipe, ingredients, development story and concept of the cocktail.

Video Shoot >>


* Video length up to 4 minutes.

* All actions must be filmed so that they 　can be captured on the screen.

* Don't edit the video!

* There is no deduction for low video 　quality, but it may affect the judging.

* No BGM required.

Application Complete >>


We plan to comprehensively review videos, photos, inputs, etc.

After that, We will inform  you of the completion status of your application

via E-mail.
