Application period

Registration period: May 30 (Tue) - June 25 (Sun)

Announcement of online qualifiers: June 27 (Tue)

The online pre-liminary match 

A total of 32 players will advance to the online preliminary round. The process selects 16 bartenders who will advance to the final round of competitions through online voting and judging by experts.

Voting period: June 28 (Wed) ~ July 11 (Tue)

Announcement of finalists: July 13 (Thu)

Finalists R&R open: July 14 (Fri)

2023 <Seoul Bar & Spirit Show> The final stage on the special stage Global rookie bartenders selected from the online preliminaries will present brilliant performances and fantastic recipes.

How to participate

3. Recipe Preparation
Develop a recipe for the cocktail you want to make based on what is written in the rulebook.
Prepare the name, recipe, ingredients, development story and concept of the cocktail.


4. Video shoot
*Video length up to 4 minutes
*All actions must be filmed so that they can be captured on the screen.

*Don't edit the video!

*There is no deduction for low-quality, but it may affect the judging.

*No B.G.M required

6. Application complete
We plan to comprehensively review videos, photos, inputs, etc. After that, we will inform you of the completion status of your application via email.
